Krzysztof Ima’s vodkas are craft and locally-made spirits, created from harvest to bottling in one place – the buffer zone of the Zielonka Forest. The idea behind the brand is production from the highest quality local raw materials using osmotic water from our own deep well. 

The heart of Potato Vodka are of course potatoes, harvested only from the fields of Greater Poland. In the production process we use local raw materials of highest quality and water from deep well. Potato vodka is filtered and aged before bottling.

There is a common misconception that most (or even all) vodkas are made from potatoes. In fact, it is a very small part. Most of them are made from cereals, although some believe that wheat or rye are better suited for whiskey production. Potato vodka is a gluten-free vodka, has a crisp flavor that goes well with many cocktails, but also tastes great drank straight. Potatoes create a liquor that has a pleasant and clean taste with a velvety texture, but with more character than the cereal-based spirits.
