Bies Whiskey Single Malt is the result of our search for the perfect whiskey for the Polish market: delicate and complex. We chose a 5-year-old distillate from Ireland, part of which was finished in Poland. Bies Whiskey Single Malt From Ireland to Poland is a basic version, bottled with an alcohol content of 44%. We named the whiskey Bies – it is a nod to Slavic mythology, while the moth on the label is a symbol of the connection of two worlds – Ireland and Poland – two countries with great distilling traditions.
