Mirabelle & Dogwood Liqueur is another expression of the distilling craft of master distiller Krzysztof Ima.
Created through the maceration of autumn – harvested mirabelle plums and cornelian cherries, this liqueur balances the fruits natural tartness and dry flavor with a small additional of honey. The result is a distinctive fruit liqueur with gentle acidity and subtle sweetness.
It’s a versatile addition to cocktails, but also works well sipped neat or as a companion to desserts and ice cream.
Mirabelle & Dogwood Liqueur was awarded a gold medal at the 2024 and 2025 Warsaw Spirits Competition another gold at the 2025 Berlin International Spirits Competition.
