Polish Forest Gin is the first 100% Polish craft gin. Inspired by the beautiful Zielonka Forest – landscape park located near the city of Poznań. For the production of Polish Forest Gin, we add only native ingredients, all discovered during long walks through the nearby forests. We used grain spirit diluted to 42,7%, while the essence is composed of the following elements: juniper, pine, chokeberry, bird cherry, dogwood, quince, mirabelle, cherry, geranium and marigold.

Botanical ingredients do not come from plantations, but straight from the forest or our own garden. That is why production is limited and takes place only few times a year. Polish Forest Gin is a gin in which you will find the spirit of Polish forest. The whole process is done manually, including winding 2 meters of string around the neck of the bottle, or sticking the label. Each batch contains around 1000 bottles and is produced in our smallest copper alembic with a capacity of 250L under Mr. Ima’s watchful eye.
